At Veilxtee, we are committed to providing a clear, transparent, and reliable shipping experience. Because we print each item with care specifically for you, our process involves both production and shipping time. Please read this policy carefully to understand how we handle your orders.

1. Shipping Availability
We proudly ship our products across the United States. This includes all 50 states, as well as P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO).
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
2. Shipping Costs
We believe in simple, upfront pricing. Shipping for all orders is a flat rate of $4.99.
This cost is for standard shipping and will be clearly displayed during the checkout process before you confirm your payment. There are no hidden fees.
3. Order Processing, Production & Delivery Timeline
Your total delivery time is a combination of our processing/production time and the shipping transit time.
Order Cut-Off Time:
To ensure prompt processing, orders placed by 2:00 PM PST (Pacific Standard Time) on a business day (Monday–Friday) will enter the production queue on the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST or on a weekend/holiday will begin processing on the next business day.
A. Processing & Production Time (1 to 2 Business Days)
This is the time it takes for us to prepare your order. At Veilxtee, our premium-quality T-shirts, hoodies, and mugs are made with care in the USA specifically for you. This 1-2 day period includes printing your unique design, quality checking the item, and carefully packaging it for shipment.

Business Days are Monday through Friday and exclude all U.S. federal holidays.
B. Shipping & Transit Time (7 to 14 Business Days)
This is the time it takes for the shipping carrier (such as USPS or UPS) to deliver your package after it has been shipped from our facility. Once your order has been produced and packaged, it is handed over to the carrier for transit.
Total Estimated Delivery Time = 8 to 16 Business Days
4. Example Delivery Timeline
To help you visualize the process, here is an example:

You place an order on Monday at 11:00 AM PST.

Processing Begins: Your order enters processing the same day.

Production & Shipment: Your item will be produced and shipped between Tuesday and Wednesday.

Delivery: Your package will arrive at your address within 7 to 14 business days after it has been shipped.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email. This email will contain your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active on the carrier’s system after you receive the email.
6. Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Items
We stand by the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or you receive the wrong item, please contact our support team immediately.

Resolution: We will work quickly to assess the situation and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or a refund.
7. Order Cancellations & Modifications
Because our products are custom-printed on demand, our ability to cancel or modify an order is time-sensitive.
If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us at [email protected] within 12 hours of placing it. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order has entered the production phase, we are unable to make changes or cancel it.
