1. Returns for Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (Our Error)

We take great care in producing and shipping your items, but if a mistake happens on our end, we will make it right. This policy applies if your item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is not the item you ordered.

Eligibility:

  • You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Applies to all our products (T-shirts, Hoodies, Sweaters, Mugs).

How to Initiate a Return (Our Error):

  2. Provide Details: In your email, please include:

    • Your full name and Order Number.

    • A clear description of the issue.

    • photo or short video showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item. This helps us quickly verify the issue and improve our quality control.

  3. Receive Your Prepaid Label: Once we confirm the issue, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

  4. Ship the Item: Print the label, attach it to your package, and drop it off with the designated carrier.

  5. Get Your Refund or Replacement: Once we receive the returned item, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 3 business days, or ship a replacement item if you prefer.

2. General Returns (Change of Mind, Wrong Size, etc.)

We understand that sometimes an item just isn’t right. We offer a generous 30-day return window for items you wish to return for any personal reason.

Eligibility:

  • You must initiate the return within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition of Returned Items: Items must be returned in their original, sellable condition:

    • Unworn

    • Unwashed

    • Free of any stains, pet hair, or distinct odors.

    • With all original tags attached (if applicable).

How to Initiate a General Return:

  2. Package Your Item: Securely package the item(s) you are returning.

  3. Ship to Our Return Center: Ship the package to our dedicated returns processing center at the address below.

    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service (like USPS Ground Advantage, UPS, or FedEx), as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

    • We do not accept C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) packages.
