Veilxtee Order Cancellation Policy

At Veilxtee, we understand that sometimes you may need to change or cancel an order. Because our premium T-shirts, hoodies, and mugs are custom-printed specifically for you after an order is placed, our ability to cancel is time-sensitive.
This policy outlines our process for order cancellations to ensure it is as clear and fair as possible.
1. The Cancellation Window: Act Quickly
You may request to cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing it.
The most important factor is our production schedule. Our team works quickly to get your custom items printed and prepared for shipment. If your order has already entered the production phase, we are unable to cancel it, even if the request is made within the 24-hour window.
We strongly recommend that you contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a cancellation.
2. How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation, you must contact our customer support team directly.

Email Us Immediately: Send an email to support@veilxtee.com.

Use a Clear Subject Line: To help us process your request quickly, please use the subject line: “URGENT: Cancellation Request for Order #[Your Order Number]”.

Include Your Order Number: In the body of your email, please include your full name and order number.
Our support team will review your request and confirm via email whether the cancellation was successful. Our support hours are Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (PST). Requests sent outside of these hours will be reviewed on the next business day.
3. Refunds for Successfully Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation request is successful and your order is cancelled before entering production, we will process a full refund to your original method of payment.

Refund Processing Time: We will process the refund within 3 business days of confirming the cancellation.

Bank Processing Time: Please note that after we issue the refund, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account. This timing is outside of our control.

Confirmation: You will receive an email from us confirming that your order has been cancelled and your refund has been issued.
4. If You Miss the Cancellation Window
If your order has already entered the production phase or is outside the 24-hour window, it can no longer be cancelled.
Once the item has been shipped and you receive it, you may return it according to our Return & Refund Policy. We encourage you to review this policy for details on how to proceed with a return for a refund.
